Manufacturing Process of Arc Magnets
Material Selection
We consistently use high-quality neodymium materials to manufacture our arc magnets. When selecting neodymium materials, we conduct a comprehensive evaluation of factors such as strength, temperature resistance, and cost.
Magnetization Process
After you have selected the most suitable neodymium material, you have to align the magnetic domain by placing it on a magnetic field. The magnetic field aligns the atoms in the material which increases its magnetic field. The magnetization is properly done if the arc magnets retain the right intensity of the magnetic flux and the needed orientation for their proper application.
Shaping and Finishing Techniques
You magnetize the material and then shape it into arc segments with the help of cutting or molding techniques. Accuracy is very important in this step to make sure that the arc magnets fulfill the given dimensions and specifications.
