Powder Production
Depending on the type of magnet, the corresponding raw materials must be mixed in predetermined proportions. The raw materials are thereafter mixed and processed to form a fine powder.

The magnetic powder is then pressed into balls using a die system or mold. The pressed balls are then subjected to a high-temperature sintering process to fuse the powder particles together.

Coating and Surface Treatment

Sample Confirmation and Production: Before officially commencing mass production, we will first send you samples for your confirmation. Using the design and material selections as a guide, begin fabricating the magnet.
